February 12, 2008 Despite a classic Northeast winter storm and a Southern roots, Katie braved the trip out to the hangar to start her student project. She made great progress and completed the Main Spar Web and made good headway on the Forward Wing Skin. In the process we went over cutting reading the plans, layout of the parts, cutting aluminum, deburring, and drilling.
